Workout plan

I’m currently following Rippetoe’s Starting Strength program (see this forum for a writeup, and many, many questions answered). I’m hoping to increase strength (duh), but it’s all very new, and I don’t know how long it’ll work for me.

    I’m not sure exactly how to get the most out of this product. Did not come with anything helpful or how to use stuff.
